All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). We accept payments by internet banking, Visa and MasterCard. A 2% fee will be added to all bookings paid via credit card.
Reservations are a contract between Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation. It is not transferable to any other person. This means that the person named on the reservation must occupy the camping site or room for the duration of the contract and is responsible for all occupants and visitors of that camping site or room.
Reception is open daily.
High season: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Shoulder/Low season: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Christmas Day: not open
HIGH - 18th December to after Waitangi Weekend. All roofed accommodation command a 4 person minimum tariff per night over the High season plus additional charges for extra persons. All sites command a minimum tariff of $60 per night plus additional charges for extra persons.
SHOULDER – after Waitangi Weekend to after Easter. Shoulder and Low season prices are based on 2 person occupancy plus additional charges for extra persons.
LOW – After Easter to 17th December.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-In Time: from 2:00pm for roofed accommodation and 12:00pm for camping sites. Please advise if arriving later than 7:00pm so arrangements can be made for a late check-in. You may call on 0800 264 673 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Check-Out Time: no later than 10:00am for both sites and roofed accommodation on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement.
A deposit of $100 is required for all powered/unpowered sites.
Deposit of 50% is required on all roofed accommodation during High season.
A deposit of the first night’s stay is required on all reservations during Shoulder/Low season.
The balance of the reservation for bookings between the 26th December and 31st January is payable before the 1st December. For bookings outside this date range, the balance of the reservation is payable in full on arrival.

A cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival to receive refund less $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit their first nights deposit.
High Season Bookings: cancellations must be made prior to 30th September to receive refund less $30 cancellation fee. Any cancellations/re-bookings after this date will result in loss of deposit. Any reductions in dates after the 30th September will incur a site minimum fee.
If guests wish to rebook for the following year or the year after, then a deposit must be paid before departure to secure the booking. To be eligible to roll over your booking, you must stay 2 years consecutively on the same site/dates. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that your site is rolled over. Gap years must be rebooked at time of rollover.
These are generated once deposit has been paid and either given/sent at time of booking or re-booking. Please check them carefully and notify us of any changes or all details will be taken as correct.
Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and high season.
All bookings for High season require a minimum of 7 nights. If your stay is under 7 nights, we cannot guarantee a 'specific' site/unit, particularly over the High season. Should we have to move you, we will endeavour to contact you.
A minimum 2 night’s stay for roofed accommodation required for all weekends during Shoulder season.
LONG WEEKENDS including EASTER: We require a 3 night minimum stay in all of our roofed accommodation.
There will be no reduction for early departure or late arrival. This includes conditions due to natural causes i.e. weather. This also applies to guests who are asked to leave the park because of their behaviour. Guests are liable for the full amount of stay as booked.
Our tariffs are reviewed annually for the new season. Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Require a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness displayed and comply with LPG Standard (As/NZS3100). Management reserve the right to disconnect any caravan/campervan that does not have a current electrical warrant of fitness.
Park Information and Rules
These are printed on the park map available at the office or can be viewed on our website. These must be complied with at all times or you may be asked to vacate the park.
We reserve the right to charge a bond to all groups, refundable after departure if all rules are adhered to.
Reservations are a contract between OBHP and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the roofed accommodation/site booked for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors.
For group bookings this means one person is ultimately responsible/liable for group behaviour and damage. Amendments to confirmed group bookings may incur a $30.00 admin fee, per change.
Deposits will be refunded 90 days prior to arrival minus a $30 cancellation fee per unit/ site. 50% is refundable between 90-60 days prior to arrival, anything less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund can be given. We also have a no refund policy once checked in. Group bookings are considered to be two units/sites booked together.
Visitors are welcome to the park, but must leave their vehicles on Harbour Road.
All visitors are at the sole discretion of the management and MUST report and register at the office and pay a $5.00 visitor fee. Note the pool is not available for visitors use.
All visitors are your responsibility and must leave the park by 10:00pm. Please do not be offended if visitors who do not register at the office are asked to leave the park. This is for all resident’s security and enjoyment of the park facilities.
The person listed on the booking is responsible for any charges incurred due to any damage, breakages or soiling of park property.
Children must be supervised by a parent. Child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive – where child rates are offered. On all accommodation infants under 2 year are free.
No animals are allowed into the Park during high season. Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park accepts dogs on designated sites between 1st March – 9th December, excluding Easter and Labour Weekend. Dogs are NOT permitted in roofed accommodation – no exceptions.
We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10:30pm and before 8:00am. The only exception is New Year's Eve, which is 12:30am. As a guide if you can be heard more than a site away you are too noisy. No music or radios after 10:30pm.
Alcohol is permitted on sites booked to guests and will not be tolerated around the grounds or in communal buildings.
Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct.
