Our Ohope camping, cabin and motel accommodation is located along Ohope Beach, with 11 kilometres of unbroken white sand beach and spectacular views of White Island (Whakaari) and Whale Island (Moutohora).

Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is a family orientated holiday park close to Whakatane, which offers accommodation options suitable for every budget. Choose from beachfront One Bedroom Apartments and Two Bedroom Apartments, Park Motels, Self Contained Units, Kitchen Cabins, Standard Cabins, Powered Campsites and Non-Powered Campsites.

The Christmas period is the highlight of the year at Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, and is when our fantastic children's holiday programme and onsite cafe come to life at our Bay of Plenty camping ground.

Situated between Ohope Beach and Ohiwa Harbour, this is the perfect holiday environment for swimming, surfing, wakeboarding, boating, fishing and shellfish collecting or for total relaxation while strolling along the beautiful white sandy beach.

Visit the famous Ohope Oyster Farm located very close to our Whakatane holiday park for fresh oysters; drop in to one of Ohope’s great restaurants, takeaways or lunch bars for a bite to eat or spend the day on the local 18 hole golf course.

We have 6 x 2 bedroom 5 Star Absolute Beachfront Apartments, 4 x 1 bedroom 5 Star Absolute Beachfront Apartments, 3 x 4 Star Park Motels, 4 x 2 Star Self Contained Units, 2 x 2 Star Standard Units and 4 x 3 Star Kitchen Cabins.

Terms of Trade(e.g. Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, Purchase Policy)

A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all bookings. Cancellations to be made 14 days prior to arrival to receive refund less $20 cancellation fee except for High Season where cancellations will lose their deposit.

A deposit of one night’s stay is required to confirm all fixed accommodation bookings. A deposit of $100 per site is required for all sites booked for the high season. This can be done by cheque or credit card. Bookings cannot be confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Our tariffs are reviewed annually for the new season. Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next. Prices are subject to change without prior notification but will be those shown on our website and current tariff sheet as at date of stay.
